Workkk is employee monitoring and HR management software: a live office with screen view, time tracking, attendance, payroll, HR documents and chat in one app. We built it for small and mid-sized teams who want the truth about the workday without treating their people like suspects.
Why Workkk exists
Most teams run on a pile of tools that don’t agree with each other: a timer here, a spreadsheet there, a chat app, a payroll sheet filled in by hand. The numbers never match, and the monitoring tools that promise clarity usually do it by spying on people.
Workkk takes the opposite approach. Everyone appears in one live office with a real status. Time tracking, attendance, payroll and reports all flow from the same worked hours, so there is nothing to reconcile. And every capability is consent-first and visible to the employee - because a team that trusts each other works better than one that doesn’t.
I built Workkk because I wanted to see my team, not surveil it.
Running Dhaval’s own studio, I was tired of stitching together a timer, a spreadsheet, a chat app and a payroll sheet that never agreed with each other - and of tools that treated monitoring as something to hide from the people being monitored.
So Workkk starts from the opposite place: presence as a place, consent shown in the open, and attendance, payroll and reports that come straight from the work that actually happened. People see exactly what’s tracked about them. Managers get the truth without chasing it. That’s the whole idea.
